Do you offer frames with prints?

At the moment, we do not offer framed services unless specially requested – please drop us an e-mail at contact@beyondvisuals.hk if you desire an accompanying frame for your print!

I love a specific photo on your Instagram which I can’t find in the print shop! Do you take special requests?

Thank you for your support and yes we take special orders. Please drop us an e-mail at visualspassport.hk@gmail.com and let us know which photo you desire a print of, and in what size. Custom sizes (wide landscape, or larger than A2, etc…) can be achieved.

I don’t see the size I want! - Do you do custom sizes?

Absolutely – we can customize and tailor make our prints to suit all your needs. Drop us an e-mail at visualspassport@gmail.com with the size you desire for a quote!

What does it mean when you say your prints are Limited Edition?

Each print will be part of a limited run of prints - once these have been sold, the photo will be taken down and never sold again. Each print is given a number from the particular run so that you know how many have been printed.

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns, as all our art pieces are numbered limited editions. Prints damaged in transit may be exchanged on a case by case basis. Please contact us through our contact form or by e-mailing visualspassport@gmail.com if you receive a damaged print.

Can I get the high resolution digital file to print them myself?

Unfortunately, no. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to use a particular photo as stock image for a specific purpose.
